Customers & CRM FAQ

Q. What's the difference between store credit and receivables? A. They're two sides of a customer's balance. Store credit is money they can spend with you; receivables is money they owe you (a sale made on account with terms). Both appear on the customer's profile and in Receivables.

Q. How does a customer earn loyalty? A. Attach the customer to a POS sale or online order and they earn against your loyalty tiers automatically; they can redeem at checkout.

Q. Can a customer buy now and pay later? A. Yes — if they have terms, choose On account as the tender. The balance shows in Receivables with statements and aging.

Q. Can I email my customers? A. Yes — use Email for campaigns and automated flows. Reviews and Q&A from your storefront come back into Reviews & Q&A.

Q. Where do vendors live? A. Under Vendors in the same group — they're the suppliers behind your purchase orders and bills.
