Q. Can I sell gift cards? A. Yes — issue and reload gift cards, then accept them as a tender in POS and online. Each card's balance is tracked.

Q. Can a customer use a promo, loyalty, and a gift card on one sale? A. Yes — they run through the same checkout, so a sale can apply a promotion, redeem points, and settle the balance on a gift card.
