Q. Why don't I see all of these screens? A. Operations tools are gated by your store's industry and plan, so your sidebar shows only the ones relevant to you. Change your vertical during onboarding or in Setup.

Q. How do repair tickets work? A. Open Repair shop, create a ticket for the item, track status and add parts + labour, then collect payment and print — parts pull from your inventory.

Q. What's a B2B quote? A. A saved quote for a business customer that you can revise and then convert into a sale, instead of parking a POS cart.

Q. What is loss prevention? A. It flags unusual activity — heavy voids, discounts, or refunds — for a manager to review, so shrinkage gets caught early.

Q. Are there tools for my industry specifically? A. Yes — jewelry certificates, cannabis compliance, restaurant tabs/kitchen display, service records, and appointments all appear when they match your vertical.
