Q. How current are the numbers? A. Reports update as you sell — a sale you ring up now is reflected right away for the selected location and date range.

Q. Can I report on one shop or all of them? A. Both. Use the location switcher and each report's location filter; multi-location stores also have a Corp roll-up for the whole group.

Q. Which report shows what customers owe me? A. AR aging — it lists open receivables by how overdue they are. Balances tie back to Customers & CRM.

Q. How do I find slow sellers? A. Dead stock lists items that aren't moving so you can discount or clear them; Inventory valuation shows what your stock is worth.

Q. Can I just ask a question instead of building a report? A. Yes — Ask AI answers plain-English questions about the same data ("top 10 customers this year", "best sellers last week").
