Marketplaces
Sell on the big marketplaces without running a separate system. Retailer OS syncs your catalog and live inventory out to channels like Amazon and Google, and pulls the resulting orders back into your one order stream.
Set it up under Setup → Marketplaces (the Channels tab).
What syncs
- Listings — the items you choose to publish, with prices and details.
- Inventory — the same live stock count, so selling a unit in-store updates the marketplace and vice-versa (no overselling across channels).
- Orders — marketplace orders flow into Sales & Orders to fulfil like any other.
Setting it up
- Open Setup → Marketplaces and connect the channel (Amazon, Google).
- Choose which items to list.
- Confirm price and inventory sync settings.
Once connected, marketplace sales appear next to your in-store and online orders and roll into Reports (sales by channel).
NOTE
Marketplace sync is in beta. Fulfilled-by-marketplace (e.g. FBA) items are handled differently from stock you ship yourself — check the channel settings.
