Q. Do online and in-store sales show in one place? A. Yes. The Sales list holds every completed sale from the counter, your online store, and marketplaces, so you never reconcile separate systems.

Q. How do I find an old sale? A. Search Sales by receipt number, customer, or the card used, then open it to view, reprint, or resend the receipt.

Q. Where do I fulfil online orders? A. On Online orders — pick and pack, mark fulfilled, and notify the customer. Pickup-in-store orders appear here too.

Q. How are returns handled for an online order? A. The same way as in-store — look the order up and use Returns & refunds to restock and refund.

Q. Do these totals feed my reports? A. Yes — every sale here rolls into Reports: sales by channel, payment mix, top products, and more.
